PEP Foundational Course
Course Description: This course will teach health professionals evidence- based methods of communication and relationship-building that will optimize patient engagement and patient experience. Case examples range widely and can be applied to most health professions.
E-Learning Curriculum: The 'Foundations of Patient Engagement: Rationale, Principles, and Introductory Skills' curriculum takes approximately 120 minutes to complete 10 individual modules. It is self-paced. Learners can stop and start as they please, without losing their place.

Foundation Skills Workshop: This workshop is live, in-person or virtual, and on average 4-hours long. It is interactive and practice-based, using skill demonstration, group practice, and role playing with expert coaching. This course is customizable to your audience!
